This is a near-perfect supplement to my high-protein diet. It's low in calories and not too filling (I don't have a big appetite). I've only tried it with the lesser amount of water and ice and love the taste. I found the staff very responsive when I complained about the canola oil (which is not a healthy oil). I found out they are reformulating it to use MCT oil, and that there is only a minute amount currently used (1/20th of a tablespoon). A good company!

I was surprised at how good this blue raspberry protein drink mix tastes. I like that there is only 100 calories per serving and sweetened with stevia. The only suspect ingredient in this powder is canola oil that is mixed with silicon dioxide and is used as an anti-foam agent. I am trying to keep as many seed oils out of my diet as possible. I also like that this powder mixes very thoroughly and very easily with water. Also I like that this is made in the USA.

This protein drink mix reminds me of cereal milk if you had fruity pebbles. It also reminds me of the blue milk that you can buy at Disneyland and Star Wars land. But healthier it is creamy and fruity and has just enough sweetness.
