Taste is good and I’m getting my protein
My favorite flavor yet! The smell alone is very peachy. It taste exactly like peach, but is not overpowering nor is it artificial tasting. I find it to be very refreshing when shaken with ice.
As a busy mom with PCOS, I need to take care of myself and follow some rules. Protein before coffee, this helps me hit some protein goals before I dive into my coffee. It takes so good and mixes well. I also add in my creatine and powders PCOS supp. All the birds one stone.

I honestly can't decide if I like this or not, but I am leaning more towards liking it. I am a type II diabetic and I use protein to counter balance my carbohydrate intake. A gram of protein negates a gram of carbohydrates across the board. I also know that I'm tired of milk shakes, so that's a positive. It's easy to mix with a shaker cup, as well. The flavor this blue raspberry isn't bad, but it is a bit different. I'm going to continue using what I bought and then probably try a different flavor next time.
