Jive Nutrition Return Policy

At Jive Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for your first order, giving you the chance to try Jive with confidence. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.

Please note, you may return a maximum of 1 bag per flavor from your order, and returns must contain at least 80% of the product. This ensures fairness and helps us continue offering flexible returns for everyone.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@jivenu.com and we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We'll assess the issue and ensure it's resolved.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including opened perishable goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges The quickest way to get the item you want is to place a new order after your return has been accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, with no justification required. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at hello@jivenu.com.

Cancellations We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. Subscriptions can be managed anytime through your account portal in just a few easy steps.
