Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all states within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
- Contiguous United States: We offer a flat rate shipping fee for orders shipped within the contiguous US states.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories: Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories will incur a different shipping rate. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2 PM CST will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Next Business Day Shipping: Orders placed after 2 PM CST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, orders shipped within the contiguous US states are delivered within 3-7 business days.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.
Handling Fees
We do not charge any additional handling fees.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Additionally, certain products may be restricted from shipping due to state or federal regulations.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@jivenu.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@jivenu.com with photos of the damage and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Customs and Import Taxes
As we currently do not ship internationally, there are no customs duties or import taxes applicable to our orders.
