I honestly can't decide if I like this or not, but I am leaning more towards liking it. I am a type II diabetic and I use protein to counter balance my carbohydrate intake. A gram of protein negates a gram of carbohydrates across the board. I also know that I'm tired of milk shakes, so that's a positive. It's easy to mix with a shaker cup, as well. The flavor this blue raspberry isn't bad, but it is a bit different. I'm going to continue using what I bought and then probably try a different flavor next time.
