5 Years of Protein Giveaway Rules

Jive Nutrition “Five‑Year Protein Drop” Giveaway

1. Sponsor & Administrator

Jive Nutrition, Inc. (“Sponsor”), is solely responsible for the administration of this giveaway.

2. Eligibility

  • Open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States (excludes AK, HI, PR, and all U.S. territories) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor or its affiliates, advertising agencies, or prize suppliers are not eligible.

  • Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted from 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on May 1, 2025 through 11:59 PM PT on May 31, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time‑keeping device.

4. How to Enter

There are two required steps and one optional bonus step:

A. Required Steps

  1. Follow @jive.nutrition on TikTok or Instagram (the platform on which you saw the announcement; you may follow both, but one follow is sufficient). Your account must remain public through winner verification.

  2. Comment on the designated Giveaway Reel/Post and tag at least one (1) unique friend. Each separate tag counts as one (1) base entry. Duplicate tags of the same friend within a single comment or across multiple comments will be counted only once.

You must complete both required steps to create a valid base entry.

B. Bonus Entry Step (Optional)
3. After completing the two required steps, click the link in Sponsor’s bio and submit the online form with your name, email, and the TikTok or Instagram handle you used to enter. Completing the form earns ten (10) bonus entries provided that Sponsor can verify you (i) follow @jive.nutrition and (ii) have tagged at least one unique friend in a comment. If either condition is not met, bonus entries will be forfeited.

Entry Limits & Notes

  • Unlimited base entries: each unique friend tag = one (1) additional base entry.

  • Only one set of bonus entries (ten total) per person and per social‑media handle.

  • Automated, scripted, bulk, or third‑party entries are prohibited and will be void.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: Sixty (60) 25‑serving bags of Jive Nutrition Protein Hydrator (approx. 100 lb of finished product) shipped six (6) bags every six months for five (5) years. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): USD $3,000.

  • Flavors will be chosen at Sponsor’s discretion based on current inventory.

  • Prize includes standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

  • No cash or other substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is non‑transferable.

6. Winner Selection & Verification

  • On or about June 2, 2025 Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

  • Potential winner will be notified by direct message (“DM”) to the social‑media account used to enter within 48 hours after the drawing.

  • Potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification, provide full name, age, mailing address, and any additional documentation requested (e.g., affidavit of eligibility, publicity release). Failure to respond, inability to verify eligibility, or non‑compliance with these Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. General Conditions

  • By entering, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

  • Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (i) disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Rules and (ii) cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

  • In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may select the winner from among all non‑suspect, eligible entries received prior to the action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and reasonable.

8. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., ByteDance Ltd., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (i) unauthorized human intervention; (ii) technical errors; (iii) printing or typographical errors; (iv) lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (v) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (vi) injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city, and state of residence, and testimonial for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation or notice.

10. Disputes & Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in Seattle, Washington.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at jivenu.com/privacy and will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Giveaway and future marketing communications if you opt in.

12. Winner List

For the name of the confirmed winner, send a self‑addressed, stamped envelope to “Jive Protein Giveaway Winner Request,” 401‑1st Avenue, Suite 200, Vancouver, BC V6B 3V3, Canada, within 60 days of the end of the Giveaway Period.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, or any other social‑media platform. Entrants provide information to Sponsor and not to TikTok, Instagram, or Meta.

By participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Official Rules.
