I was surprised at how good this blue raspberry protein drink mix tastes. I like that there is only 100 calories per serving and sweetened with stevia. The only suspect ingredient in this powder is canola oil that is mixed with silicon dioxide and is used as an anti-foam agent. I am trying to keep as many seed oils out of my diet as possible. I also like that this powder mixes very thoroughly and very easily with water. Also I like that this is made in the USA.

This protein drink mix reminds me of cereal milk if you had fruity pebbles. It also reminds me of the blue milk that you can buy at Disneyland and Star Wars land. But healthier it is creamy and fruity and has just enough sweetness.

Seems like a lot of powder in the bag but it mixes well. It’s only one serving which doesn’t make it a very good value. I like the taste and that alone encouraged me to get more water than when I drink it plain, but I did dilute it a bit to stretch the flavor. I’m someone who needs an extra boost of protein so this was a good way for me to get it. I felt great.
